It is a dismal cloudy looking day in SF and I am now days away from heading to Australia. Last few days I have received an opportunity for a job that I will have to look into more it had to do with peoples futures, savings etc to me at this point it sounds too good to be true. I don't like to think on the negative side of things merely I like to know the good and the bad side of things. Some people the bad side of things can be having the present in front of people but for me that is one of the things I truly enjoy. I am trying to figure out what I am going to do in New Zealand I am thinking about pursuing one of my passions when I am there which involves being in the outdoors. Why not work at a job I will really truly enjoy and do things I love to do. One of the best ways to travel is to earn while you travel I know I have to work sooner or later but for me I want the opportunity to try new things with a minimal risk.
I went to the Exploratorium here in SF and every Thursday night is an adults night where you can buy alcohol and not have kids around it was neat being there for it but science is definitely not my thing.

It is pretty neat seeing the old street cars and riding around on those and sometimes you need to catch a ride as there are a lot of hills in SF. The seafood here is amazing and when you are in a place like this sometimes you need to indulge. When you travel like this you need to really pinch your pennies but every now and then splurge and enjoy something otherwise what is the point. Yesterday may have been one of the most expensive and well worth meals I have ever had. I have it pictured below and I was certainly full for the rest of the day afterwards in this dish there was crab, mussels, oysters, calamari, shrimp and rock cod - holy tasty but now I go back to eating like a poor person again well not poor but normal.
Ok it looks like the sun is trying to peak out so time to enjoy.....

PS.
Sometimes when travelling for long periods of time you lose track of time, days, weeks etc. It wasn't that long ago that Saturdays and Sundays were the only days I had to myself and they were wasted more times then I would like to admit. I had got into a bad funk and I didn't know how to get out of it. I was upset when I no longer had an opportunity to speak in front of the office and instead of finding another means to it I fell into a deep hole I can't let myself do that again. I got a little sidetracked there......When you are out during the week everything is easier to get a table outside, get in and out of places, museums are quiet etc. Out of nowhere there is a day or two where those restaurants are so busy it gets ridiculous and then it sinks in that all of those stupid tourists are the people who are stuck working all week on that note I still hate tourists.......I know what you are thinking are you not a tourist yourself well yes I am but not one of those bad tourists.......Nothing worse than a tourist who never seems to pay attention is always in someones way, thinks they are the only person of importance, take up the whole sidewalk, stop randomly to take a picture, pull out wads of cash, way too expensive of electronics.......I could go on for awhile but just remember this when you are at a sports event, a tourist attraction or another busy area there could be someone there watching for the right sucker to scam or pickpocket this isn't meant to scare people just to get people to think and please be aware of people who might be walking behind you....
