Rainy days happen and that's just part of life. Personally I love the rain it is very comforting and makes me relaxed. Days like today are perfect for catching up with a book, your blog, taking a nap etc. As I lie in my hammock I think about a good nap right now.
I am excited for so many things in New Zealand. You take for granted a lot of things when you are not traveling being able to have tap water, leftovers, cook a good meal - depending where you are not being able to get a slice of pizza or have cold drinks in your fridge. I have been having a thirst I can't quench a hunger I can't feed and now that sense of needing and wanting something new something more. The thought of being able to ski in the month of August for me is really exciting. A year of living in New Zealand what will I do, getting restablished, applying for new jobs, finding a new home, exploring a new country and neighborhoods and making money again! I am looking forward to saving up and planning for the next leg of my trip. This trip is teaching me a lot. The best thing that can happen when you hit rock bottom is you can start from the ground up.
